Full Job Description
The Customer Success Officer ensures every client has a smooth, positive experience with Hydeas. You will manage client relationships, provide support, and help identify opportunities for service upgrades or renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as first-line support for client inquiries and technical issues.
- Coordinate with IT and project teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and generate retention reports.
- Onboard new clients and train them on system usage.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, IT, or SaaS support.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Comfortable using CRM and ticketing tools.
- Proactive and client-focused approach.
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000/month
