As our training operations expand, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Delivery Assistant to support our programmes and ensure smooth delivery of all training sessions and workshops.
Role Overview
The Training Delivery Assistant will support the Head of Training in the coordination, logistics, and administration of Hydeas’ corporate training programmes and workshops.
You will play a key role in ensuring that each session runs efficiently — from registration and setup to reporting and post-training follow-up.
This position offers exposure to both client-facing and operational aspects of training management, making it ideal for candidates passionate about learning, communication, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics (venue booking, setup, materials, refreshments, attendance).
- Manage participant registration, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Provide on-site and virtual support during training sessions (Teams/Zoom setup, slide management, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, name tags, certificates, and evaluation forms.
- Collate post-training feedback and prepare summary reports for management.
- Maintain training databases and ensure participant records are up to date.
- Support marketing and communications for upcoming training events.
- Liaise with facilitators, vendors, and partners as directed by the Head of Training.
- Ensure professional presentation and excellent participant experience at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in administrative, training coordination, or events support roles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online meeting tools (Zoom/Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a professional appearance and manner.
- Previous experience supporting corporate training or HR functions is an added advantage.
