As part of our expansion strategy, we are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our marketing campaigns, manage client accounts, and position Hydeas as a top-tier digital marketing brand in Nigeria.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms — including SEO, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.

You will work closely with our web development and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and measurable results.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketer who can combine creativity with data-driven strategy to lead clients to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies for Hydeas and client brands.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and X (Twitter).
  • Oversee content calendars and coordinate with the design team for campaign visuals and copy.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and website performance improvements.
  • Lead email marketing, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns using automation tools.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into marketing deliverables.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Stay updated on current trends in digital marketing, AI-driven tools, and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side).
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or Mailchimp is an advantage.
