Hydeas Technology Ltd is registered in Nigeria with its office at: Glendale House, 7/9 Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

• Corporate training programmes
• Events management and facilitation

2. Use of Our Website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or servers.
• Content on this website (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of Hydeas Technology Ltd and must not be copied or redistributed without our written consent.

3. Services & Contracts

• All services are subject to a written proposal, quotation, or contract agreed between Hydeas Technology Ltd and the client.
• Fees are payable as specified in your contract, invoice, or registration form.
• Services may require upfront deposits or full payment before commencement.
• For training and events, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is confirmed.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer.
• All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds (where applicable) are subject to written request and review. Refunds for training/events are only possible if cancellation is received at least 7 days before the start date.
• No refunds are given once a service has been fully delivered.

5. Training & Events

• Hydeas reserves the right to change trainers, facilitators, dates, or venues where necessary.
• Certificates of completion will be issued to participants who meet the training requirements.
• Hydeas is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal costs incurred by participants.

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for service delivery.
• Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and payments.
• Abide by intellectual property laws and respect Hydeas’ ownership of custom-built content until full payment is made.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Hydeas Technology Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
• While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website uptime, social media performance, or specific financial results.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Termination

• Hydeas may suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or fails to make due payments.
• Either party may terminate a contract with written notice, subject to contractual terms agreed at the start of the engagement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
